Ingredients:
Preparation:
- Chop
the onion into fine pieces and keep aside.
- Mix the two flours along
with the chopped onion, red chili powder and salt into a thick batter as
you do for pakoda, by adding little sour buttermilk as required.
- Heat
the oil in a deep skillet and drop the prepared batter carefully into
the hot oil with a big spoon.
- Fry till the savories become golden brown
and then take them away from the oil.
- Repeat the above process with remaining batter.
- Transfer the savories to a paper towel to remove excess
oil.
- Serve hot or cold with ketchup or your favorite dip or
chutney.
