This drink is a yummy combination of fruits, milk and ice cream with lemon. A little tangy, a little sweet and delicious drink.
Ingredients:
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Juice of 1 Lime
- Pear – 1
- Banana – 2
- Ice Cream (any flavor – I used Vanilla) – 2 Scoops
- Cold Milk – 2 cups
- Honey – 2 tbsp
Preparation:
- Remove
the skins of pear and banana and cut them into medium pieces.
- Add these
pieces to the blender jar along with the lemon juice + lime Juice + ice
cream + cold milk + honey and blend well.
- Pour in individual glasses and serve immediately.

Lovely pic with the cute teddy. This is a lovely idea for a milkshake. I was always scared of pairing lemon and milk for the fear of curdling!. Butt his makes sense if its cold it probably wont effect the milk at all. Will definitely give this a try.
