Want to try my version of easy rasam powder? I usually make rasam powder and sambar powder at home. Sometimes when I feel lazy to make these from scratch, I just buy these from store. But home-made powders give utter satisfaction, don’t you agree?

You're right, home-made gives a lot of satisfaction - I rarely buy readymade powders and stuff, usually make my own.

Nice template Uma. I usually have quite a few storebought powders on hand but home-made definitely is more flavourful, without doubt.

Thanks for visiting. Good recipe for rasam powder. Many times,I just use just black pepper, jeera and toor dal ...and nothing else!
