I made Dosas with Quinoa and they tasted sooo delicious!! This is an instant dosa and doesn't need any fermentation. And these are very easy and quick to make.

Welcome to my blog! No, we don't have to cook quinoa. Just add it with rest of the flours to make a batter. Hope it cleared your doubt!

great recipe! i have been trying to make dosas for a long time but since im from Argentina (south america) it was nearly to impossible to find appropriate lentils.
But quinoa is a regional plant and its really easy and cheap to buy.

I bought quinoa in Costco. I think it can be found in many grocery stores too!! I don't know any other name of this grain, Sorry!!
