Who is ready to begin the day in a healthy and mouth-watering way? I am in. How about you? OK then, presenting a healthy drink recipe for all those juice lovers. This is a delicious mixing of different juices, fruits and vegetables and a very simple way to prepare a healthy juice that goes well with breakfast. If you have all the ingredients available in the pantry then this will be ready in just a few seconds.
Here goes the recipe,
Ingredients: (Serves 4)
- 2 cups Orange Juice
- 2 cups Apple Juice
- 3 ripe Bananas, with skin removed
- ½ cup diced Carrot
- ½ cup chopped Celery
- ½ cup diced Tomatoes
Preparation:
- Add carrot + celery + tomatoes in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Then add bananas and blend again.
- Finally pour orange juice + apple juice and blend until all the veggies and bananas become soft.
- Filter to remove any pulp and pour into individual glasses and enjoy the yummy drink.
- Goes well with breakfast!!

healthy n tasty drink...
This is simple and nice and easy.I love the drink recipes and usually make them instead of an elaborate lunch.helps me in two ways...lesser work in the kitchen and second also keeps me light and active.
vegetarian food is all very good and healthy and easy to digest.Another good advantage is that after meals you feel hungry earlier so smaller meals fill the stomach instead of 3-4 heavy ones.
This is a mouthwatering drink idea which is filled with nutrition. This is the first time I am making a drink with a mixture of fruits and vegetables.
